I recently came across this list of some very interesting comments that another person should never say to a Christian. What caught my eye was the title itself. Wouldn’t you think it would be the other way around? Christians are often scolded for professing their beliefs.
So, see what you think about the next fourteen comments. How many would you say yes to? Or, say no way.
“All religions are the same.”
“I’m sure God will forgive you, just try harder next time.”
“Christians are all judgmental.”
“Don’t you know that the Bible is just a bunch of stories.”
“I think it’s all about following rules. not love.”
“Isn’t it hard to follow all those rules.”
“You don’t need to go to church every Sunday.”
“I’m sure you’re not that good of a person. You’re just pretending.”
“I thought all Christians were all conservative and intolerant.”
“Why do you need religion to be a good person?”
“But didn’t Christians cause a lot of harm in history?”
“I can’t believe in a God who would send people to hell.”
“You’re so lucky you have faith to fall back on.”
“You’re just following what you were taught, right?”
So what do you my friend think of these beliefs of others? Could some of these beliefs also be used by Christians?
