Micah Odor is the Executive Director of the CCL Network, based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. A fifth-generation minister, Micah is focused on helping churches and ministers thrive through coaching, cohorts, and materials. He and his wife Judi have three kids, a codependent husky, and a small flock of chickens.

Partnership Counselor
Dr. Ron Wymer is a graduate of Grace University and Nebraska Christian College. He has completed a Doctorate from Emmanuel Christian Seminary @ Milligan University. He is currently the Senior Minister at Wildewood Christian Church, a post he has served for over 16 years. Before that, he was the Senior Minister for 12 years in rural Iowa. He is a state-licensed therapist and ministry/life coach.

Through the support of the Kingdom Partnership, we believe it’s worth prayerfully exploring whether a church may be a potential candidate as a merger partner with another congregation. Contact the Kingdom Partnership to explore this option. One healthy congregation is better than two closed congregations.
